Please schedule one ‘New Bride’ appointment:

New Bride Fitting (45 min)

Please schedule one New Bride Fitting approximately 8–10 weeks before your wedding date. We will then call you to schedule your two follow-up fittings, as three fittings are required to complete the alterations process and reserve your place in our schedule.

Please Read Before Booking

To ensure every gown is completed on time, we limit the number of gowns we accept for each wedding date. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment request, we will notify you promptly by email.

During peak wedding season (April–October), appointments fill quickly. We strongly recommend booking your New Bride Fitting as soon as you have the delivery date of your gown.

Please bring the exact shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day. See our Shoe Policy.

Dresses requiring completion in less than six weeks are subject to a Rush Fee starting at $250. Please review our Rush Fee Policy.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee.

A $125 rescheduling fee will apply if you request to reschedule your appointment within 14 days of your scheduled fitting. See our Rescheduling Policy for more info.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are currently taking GLP-1 medication or anticipate significant size changes during your alterations timeline, please review our GLP-1 & Size Change Policy.

Alexandra Grecco and Danielle Frankel gowns are accepted by approval only.

Sample gowns must be dry cleaned prior to first fitting.

We do not accept gowns that have been previously altered.

If you have two dresses, please book a one-hour fitting for two dresses.
